Returns Policy

1.We offer a replacement with your order when issues occured by us (for example, incorrect size or print you receive, or damage in transit etc.)

2.No returns are accepted for the following reasons:

• Wrong product purchased
• Product damaged due to customer's fault
• Product has been used

3.For any return requests, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be aware that you are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are not refundable for partial returns

4.100% Refund Guarantee. You can return a Lumiart product within 30 calendar days of delivery and the refund will be processed once we have received your return. Please note that all Lumiart products are eligible for return if they are in the original working condition with original packaging

5.Customer satisfaction is always our aim. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us, and we will get it fixed soon!
