  • How to share my artwork and become an artist on your Lumiart world?

If you receive our invitation, you can communicate with our staff.
If you have not received our invitation,Submit your portfolio link to ryan@lumiart.top.We will reply within 2 business days.Please note, only applications with links to online portfolios (social media, website, blog, etc.) will be considered.
  • Are there any cost to become an Artist on Lumiart?
No cost to join! Sign up as a Lumiart Artist completely free and start showcasing your work to the world.We will handle everything from website operation, product production and packaging, logistics and after-sales.
  • How much will I earn on LUMIART?

Please note that when Lumiart conducts any marketing activities, including promoting through influencers etc. to generate sales, the marketing costs need to be deducted before profit sharing. Also, the withdrawal fees may affect the amount you earned.
  • How long will my artwork be available on the website?
After receiving your digital artworks, we will generate images of lamp painting. Then we upload it to the website, generate product links, and generate the artist's homepage link. We usually complete it within 48 hours after receiving the digital artworks and send you the link.
  • Are the artworks displayed on Lumiart selected?
Lumiart reserves the right to reject any artwork during the verification process that does not align with our website's description or meet our technical standards. The most common reasons for artwork rejection include low-quality files and borders or text too close to the edges.
  • What are your technical requirements to ensure my artwork sails through verification?
Image Ratio: 7:10 or 10:7 aspect ratio
Image Format: JPEG or JPG
Image Resolution: Minimum DPI of 300
Image Content: No logos, watermarks, or borders
Image Quality: High-quality images suitable for lamp painting display (Avoid as much as possible to provide images in dark environment; Will be better with natural light and shadow; Higher clarity with a size of over 800kb)
Only HD print quality
Please do not manually increase the pixel dimensions of your images by resampling in Photoshop to meet our requirements. We'll let you know when your artwork isn't qualified to print, and then help you to choose a more suitable one!
  • How to upload my artwork on the site?
Uploading is a breeze! You can send your artworks via email.
Just remember to check our technical requirements before uploading to ensure a smooth process.
  • Can artists determine the prices of their works themselves?
Sorry you can't, the price is fixed by us.
  • Where to see my sales and earnings?
We'll email you within 48 hours of new orders.
  • Have a minimum withdrawal limit?
Payment is not made until your account balance has accumulated to 50 USD or more.
  • How many days can I get paid?
Within 45 days from the date of payment requesting due to our commitment to offering a 30-day return policy. This allows us to efficiently handle any potential returns before issuing payment.
  • Why have the sales disappeared from my dashboard?
Once customers change their mind and cancel their orders, then commission shown in dashborad will be also cancelled
  • How to close an artist account?
To deactivate your account, you can email us.You can also click the "Deactivate Account" button located at the bottom of the page. Kindly note that all data, artwork, and unpaid commissions will be permanently deleted upon account deactivation.
  • Do I need to report earnings received through PayPal?
Yes, you are solely responsible for correctly reporting all earnings received if you meet local reporting requirements.
  •  Can you pay commissions by a cryptocurrency account？
Yes, we can.
