We define this product as lamp painting which combines light and shadow, color, and space to create a unique visual experience for viewers. It is a decorative painting, a night light, and also a work of art

How do the lamp painting come to life?

We build a digital design studio where we use a range of proprietary photo editing techniques, lighting techniques as well as new material techniques to create lamp paintings

Can you make changes to an artist's design?

Unfortunately, we cannot customize the artist's designs already published on our website. Each design is an artist's unique creation and protected by intellectual property rights

Order Questions

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more. We also accept PayPal payments.

Will I receive my order confirmation e-mail?

You'll automatically receive a confirmation email to the address you used to place your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder

Need to make changes to your order?

We're happy to help if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Please note that changes may not be possible after 12 hours due to processing

Will I incur any customs charges for my order?

Depending on the destination, additional customs duties may be required. The amount varies based on the specific regulations of the country. Any fees related to customs duties should be borne by the buyer

Why was my payment unsuccessful?

The most common reason is often due to certain banks having restrictions on international payments, so we recommend contacting your bank for further details

Shipping Questions

What is the estimated time of shipping?

Expect your artwork to be ready 1-2 days after you placed your order. Then we'll print and ship your order.

United States: 6-9 business days

Canada: 7-10 business days

Australia: 10-12 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Asia:3-8 business days

Other: 7-10 business days

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your package, the shipping destination, and the applicable customs duties

I ordered multiple products in one order, will they arrive together?

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. Plus, all orders are shipped with tracking no matter which country they are shipping to.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email or text

Why isn't my tracking number working?

Don't worry, email our support team and we'll let you know where your order is

How long do I have to wait for a reply to my email?

Return & Refund Questions

If I received a damaged item, what do I do?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please email us your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged one for further assistance (yuki@lumiart.top)

Do you offer refunds?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery. To be eligible for a return, your products must be clean and undamaged.

What do I do if I need to return something?

Email our friendly customer service team to yuki@lumiart.top, and we'll provide you with instructions for returning your items. Easy as that!

When will I recieve the refunded money?

Please offer us the tracking number of the returned items. We will promptly refund your money once we receive the returned items. Just to note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns. These costs are nonrefundable.
